Please be advised that on Sunday 17th February 2019 Yodel will be performing routine server maintenance which will result in a period of downtime on our FTP, SFTP, HTTP & AS2 server.
Maintenance will be carried out between 9am and 5pm.
You will not be able to connect to any Yodel services or for the collection or transmission of preadvise data during the maintenance window, therefore please can you ensure you re-schedule your regular preadvise data transmission(s) to be re-sent after 5pm on Sunday.
Impact for Scurri Customers: - Users can continue to generate labels during this maintenance period. - Manifests submitted during this time will fail, therefore where possible, please trigger Yodel manifests after 5pm on Sunday. - If failures happen, Scurri support will resubmit the manifests by 9am Monday 18th Feb.
