Evri has advised us of a temporary disruption to selected Evri digital services on Sunday, 17 May 2026, 01:00–03:00 BST
During this time, Evri IT teams will be carrying out essential maintenance on a number of critical systems. As a result, there may be a temporary disruption to the services outlined below.
Services impacted during the maintenance window
Evri.com website (Returns and Outbound)
Clients and customers may not be able to submit outbound orders or book returns via the Evri.com website during the maintenance window. Any orders or returns attempted during this period will not be processed.
A maintenance banner will be displayed across the Evri.com website from 4:00 PM on Saturday, 16 May, through to 10:00 AM on Sunday, 17 May, advising customers of the scheduled maintenance. The banner will appear on all pages, and customers may experience disruption during this time.
Client Self‑Serve Portal
Clients may not be able to submit label requests via the Client Self‑Serve Portal throughout the maintenance window.
APIs
Requests submitted via the following APIs may return an error message during the outage:
Routing API
Global Eco API
Print in Store API
Enterprise Returns API
Evri Hosted Batch File Processing
Evri Hosted Batch Files will not be processed during the maintenance window.
During the outage window, clients should not attempt to:
- Book outbound or return shipments via the Evri.com website
- Send Evri Hosted Batch Files
- Submit requests to any of the APIs listed above
Please note that Client Hosted file processing will not be affected.
All services are expected to resume as normal once the maintenance window has completed.
