Purpose of Maintenance:
Due to customs related changes in the customs backend the HS tariff number input field will need now at least 6 characters instead of the previously required 4.
Please note that HS codes are optional. To prevent any errors, feel free to leave the field empty. Otherwise we ask you to indicate at least 6 characters accordingly.

We apologize for the short term-nature of this information and the inconvenience this may cause, but this particular change is obligatory to further ensure the successful transmission of the related data.

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate Deutsche Post labels
- If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over

- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, 12/4/21
