Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for Saturday 7th August 2021 00:01 - 06:00.

Purpose of Maintenance:
Essential Maintenance

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, 9 August 2021

Resolved - Shopify has confirmed that their developers have diagnosed the issue and implemented a fix.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with our Shopify integration. Today we are intermittently receiving a 404 not found error from Shopify when attempting to update an order following manifest.

We will update you as soon as we have further information available.

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate Deutsche Post labels
- If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over

Investigating - We have identified an intermittent issue with Hermes services. The connection is intermittently timing out when requesting a label.

We have raised a ticket with Hermes to investigate this.
