Deutsche Post has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for Wednesday, 20th of January at 6am GMT.
Purpose of Maintenance: This maintenance is purely technical and will not require any action on your side.
What does this mean for Scurri customers: - During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate Deutsche Post labels - If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over

This issue has been resolved. We can confirm that for all shipments the correct Terms of Trade are supplied to DHL.

A fix has been deployed and we are monitoring shipments.
Testing has shown that all DHL shipments now send the Terms of Trade as selected on the shipment, either DAP or DDP, where applicable.

We are continuing to work on the fix for this issue as a matter of urgency.
We have identified the root cause and can confirm that this is impacting shipments originating within the UK.

We have identified an issue with the Terms of Trade value that is being passed to DHL. The Terms of trade is populated with DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) whether DAP or DDP is selected on the shipment.
Our development team are working on this as a matter of urgency.

We are currently investigating issues where the CN22 is being printed on shipments for mainland UK. This document is not necessary for mainland UK. This status will be updated with further information
