Evri has made us aware of planned IT maintenance that will take place on Sunday 12 July 2026 between 03:00 and 04:00 BST.
During this time, Evri IT teams will be carrying out essential maintenance on a number of critical systems. As a result, some services will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window.
Services affected:
Client Self‑Serve Portal - Label requests will not be available via the Client Self‑Serve Portal throughout the outage period.
APIs - Requests submitted via the following APIs may return an error message during the maintenance window: - Routing API - Global Eco API - Print in Store API - Enterprise Returns API
Evri Hosted Batch File Processing - Evri Hosted Batch Files will not be processed during this time.
Evri.com Website (Returns and Outbound) - Clients and customers will not be able to submit outbound orders or book returns via the Evri.com website during the maintenance window. Any orders or returns attempted during this time will not be processed.
ParcelShop and Locker Diversions - Customers will be unable to create new diversion requests during this time. Existing diversion requests will remain visible.
During the maintenance window, please do not attempt to:
- Book outbound shipments via Evri.com - Book returns via Evri.com - Send Evri Hosted Batch Files - Submit requests through the APIs listed above
Please note that Client Hosted file processing will not be affected.
After the maintenance window - All affected services are expected to resume as normal once the maintenance has been completed.
