InPost has made us aware of planned maintenance, which will take place on Sunday 11th October 2026
InPost will be performing server maintenance, which may result in the service being unavailable between 09:00 hrs and 12:00hrs (BST) (3 Hours).
The window includes contingency rollback timings.
During the change, parcel tracking status will not be made available within the following integrations: - Client Direct Tracking API - use of the client tracking API embedded within their website. - eRin - tracking status and parcel management - Solo - tracking status
Historic data will remain available; new data created during the outage will be updated once the change is completed. If sites are working, there will still be delays with certain functions in the following areas: - InPost Website and App tracking - InPost Customer InFlight Parcel Management & Notifications - E2E - IVR - Customer Messaging - Client Tracking IOD data files - PowerBI Reports - PreAdvice Notification (PAN), Electronic Collection Request (ECR), & Adhoc Collections request files received via SFTP will queue during the change and will be processed after the change is finished. Clients can continue to submit files during the change period without issue. - Containerisation Labelling - please print all containerisation labels needed for Sunday's operation in advance of 9:00 AM to ensure container processing can continue smoothly throughout the maintenance period.

This scheduled maintenance will support InPost in maintaining our high level of stability and uptime. The maintenance will be performed on server infrastructure, and no data will be at risk during the scheduled outage window.
