DPD has confirmed that they have resolved the API timeout issue, and labels are generating again successfully

We have identified an intermittent issue when connecting to DPD's server to generate labels. We have raised this with DPD for investigation, they confirmed that they are aware of an API Time Out issue and this is currently being looked into by their development team.
As soon as we have an update we will update this incident.
