Scurri have been notified of planned maintenance work on Saturday 2nd April, between 14:00 and 23:00, for Hermes(Evri).

They will be performing planned maintenance work on the Real Time Tracking Database (RTT). This work on the database is required to perform patching.


During this change window, Evri IT will also require two outages of up to 15 minutes between 18:00 and 23:00. This outage may impact:

• Workforce Portal (Parcel Enquiries / Re-labelling / Label Re-Printing)

• Web Tracking

• Evri Site

• Print in Store

• Label API
