On Friday, 12th January 2024, between 4 am and 8 am GMT, the User Interface and API for both Scurri Connect (our Delivery Management System) and Scurri TrackPlus (our Post Purchase Solution), will be temporarily unavailable.
During this maintenance period, our dedicated team will be conducting critical maintenance on our database to improve overall system stability.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our services.
The following services will be impacted:
Scurri Connect:
- Delivery Options API - Import, Print & Ship Orders via UI, Channels and API - Access to orders via UI and API - Tracking via UI, Webhooks, SNS Topic, API - Dashboards
Scurri Track Plus:
- Importing orders and tracking events - Access to UI - Scurri Track Plus UI and API
Once maintenance is complete, for customers with tracking enabled, events will be processed in sequential order.
