This issue has now been resolved and customers are able to successfully print Evri labels again.

Evri have said that they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it - once we have more detail we will add an update here.

Investigating

We have identified an issue with Evri services where customers are having issues generating Evri labels.

We have contacted the carrier to investigate and will continue to work to restore normal service.
