Deutsche Post has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for Wednesday, April 15, 10pm until 1am.
Please note that there will be no updates of the tracking status between 4pm and 11pm.
Purpose of Maintenance: - Technical Updates - Optimization of reporting function - Restored visibility of Packet Return - Improved usability of prelabeled and eFile upload function (e.g. error handling and detection of unsupported characters)
During this time, the portal will not be available.
What does this mean for Scurri customers: - During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate Deutsche Post labels - If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over
