DHL ECommerce has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for 19-4-20 & 02:00.
Purpose of Maintenance: This weekend, our Portal applications (API, WebTrack, Customer Portal, etc.) will be migrating to new servers. While we are allocating a four-hour window, the actual time may be less.
What does this mean for Scurri customers: - During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate DHL ECommerce labels - If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over
