Monitoring - A fix has been successfully implemented for the reporting feature.
All dashboards now have up-to-date information, including data for August.
Root Cause Analysis:
During a recent system upgrade from a subprocessor that provides our data transfer, an issue occurred with the data transfer process to our reporting database. This prevented August data from being displayed in your dashboards.
After unsuccessful attempts by the 3rd party to apply a quick fix, our team implemented a new, improved data transfer. This new process was deployed today, and it not only resolves the issue but also gives Scurri full control and ownership over the data transfer, allowing us to fix any future issues much faster. All data is now being successfully transferred to the reporting database.
We'll continue to monitor the data closely over the next few days to ensure the solution remains stable.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption and frustration this issue has caused. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve it.
