Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance across OBA is planned for Saturday 11th August.
This activity is required to apply the latest critical and important security patches to the infrastructure.
This means the OBA services will not be available to internal users and external customers during the times outlined below.
What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels - During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail - We recommend you do not manifest/ship between 00:00 to to 06:00 Saturday 11th Aug - Submission of manifests will fail during this period - If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday morning, 13th August
