Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for 09-02-2020 00:00.
Purpose of Maintenance: Advance notification that scheduled maintenance across the OBA and Revenue Management is planned for Saturday 8th February.
This activity is required to apply the latest critical and important security patches to the infrastructure.
As part of this maintenance activity, OBA and Revenue Management services will not be available to internal users and external customers during the times outlined below.
The OBA continuity page will be hosted throughout the change and the external customer notification will be placed on the OBA landing page in advance of this activity.
What does this mean for Scurri customers: - There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels - During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail - We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period - If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, 10-02-2020
