Yodel has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for Sunday the 2nd February at 01:00 AM

Purpose of Maintenance:
Yodel will be performing routine server maintenance which will result in a period of downtime.

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Yodel
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, 3rd February

DHL has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for the 8th February between 18:00 & 19:00.

Purpose of Maintenance:
The DHL Services TLS certificate will be renewed in the live environment

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- During this maintenance period, you will be unable to generate DHL labels
- If you do attempt to generate labels, the shipment will error, and can be retried once the maintenance period is over

Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for 09-02-2020 00:00.

Purpose of Maintenance:
Advance notification that scheduled maintenance across the OBA and Revenue Management is planned for Saturday 8th February.

This activity is required to apply the latest critical and important security patches to the infrastructure.

As part of this maintenance activity, OBA and Revenue Management services will not be available to internal users and external customers during the times outlined below.

The OBA continuity page will be hosted throughout the change and the external customer notification will be placed on the OBA landing page in advance of this activity.

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, 10-02-2020

Resolved - Update from Deutsche Post;
We are happy to inform you that the Express Waybill creation functionality has been restored.

You may now close open orders to activate tracking if applicable.

Please excuse any inconvenience caused during the incident.

Update - Deutsche Post has advised the following:

"We are working on a solution and will inform you once everything is up and running.

In the meantime, customers should be able to create their Waybills for pickup manually, either via Email ship (form attached, you can share this with whoever contacts you in this regards) or by getting in touch with Express, who can book this onto the Global Mail service. Alternatively, maybe their drivers have manual waybills to hand."

Investigating - Deutsche Post has advised that there is currently an issue with producing Express Way Bills;

"We regret to inform you that it is currently not possible to create Express Waybills.
Deutsche Post Airwaybills are not impacted.
Please excuse the inconvenience caused.

We are working on a solution and will inform you once everything is up and running."

We will update the status when we receive an update from Deutsche Post.
