We have currently identified an issue reported by some EU hosted Brightpearl accounts of degraded performance and some 504 (timeout) errors.

Please note that your account is hosted on one of our EU data centres if the URL of your account begins with the following:

We are due a fix which should resolve the issue but please keep checking this page for updates.

Scheduled - Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned for 05/10/2019 at 00:00.

Purpose of Maintenance:
This activity is required to apply the latest critical and important security patches to the infrastructure.

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, October 7th

Resolved - Hermes have been in contact to confirm all issues are now resolved

Investigating - We have identified intermittent issues with Hermes where labels are failing to generate. Hermes are currently investigating this issue. We will update this status as soon as we have more information.
