Scheduled - Royal Mail has given advance notice that scheduled maintenance is planned from Friday, 7th November at 18:00hrs until 19:00hrs on Saturday, 8th November 2025.

Purpose of Maintenance:
OBA Essential Scheduled Maintenance

What does this mean for Scurri customers:
- There will be no impact to the generation of labels, you can continue to create shipments and print labels
- During this maintenance period, we will be unable to manifest shipments to Royal Mail
- We recommend you do not manifest/ship during the maintenance period, as submission of manifests will fail during this period
- If a failure happens, do not worry, our support team will resubmit any failures on Monday, November 10th, 2025.

Monitoring - Our monitoring has shown recovery of the An Post service over the last 30 minutes.

Microsoft Azure status page advises that they expect full recovery by 23:30 today 29th October.

We will continue to monitor and confirm full resolution once we've received an update from An Post
